Terms & Conditions

Enrolment – When booking online course fees are due in full.

Early Bird Discounts – Are time sensitive and apply when a special offer or reduced fee is indicated. These may be withdrawn without notice at which time the full fee is applicable.

Confirmation – You will be sent confirmation of your booking after receipt of course payment in full.

Cancellation – Once you have booked on a course your enrolment is binding.  Cancellations/refunds up to 4 weeks or more before the course will be subject to a £40.00 fee or an alternative course offered.  After that date fees may be transferable at the discretion of The Glass School but not refundable.

Postponement – The Glass School reserves the right to postpone, cancel or alter the venue for whatever reason.  In this event students will be notified of this and alternative courses/dates offered.  If these are not suitable all fees paid will be refunded.

Allocation – Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.  Places are usually limited to between 4 and 8 students depending on the type of course.

Group Bookings – Please contact us by email or phone to arrange group bookings.  10% discounts apply for groups of four or more on the same course at the full fee and cannot be applied if courses are booked using an early bird discount.

Glass Collection/Posting – Some fused or cast projects may still be in the kiln at the end of the course and pieces may be collected at a later date.  Please remember to bring packaging materials.  If you are unable to collect, pieces can be packed and posted at your own risk, P&P must be paid for in advance.
